The almost 25,000 SF state-of-the-art facility is filled with the highest quality technological equipment, materials, supplies and employees, all committed to providing excellent results.

Ben joined Spann Roofing in 1998 after graduating from The Citadel with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Ben currently oversees the daily operation of the Spann Roofing production department, using his 20+ plus years of experience in the roofing industry to ensure that all work is performed to the highest quality possible.
Jimbo joined Spann Roofing in 2009 after graduating from Clemson University with a B.S. in Construction Science and Management. Jimbo’s day-to-day responsibilities including managing all Pre-construction activities, including overseeing the Spann Sales and Estimating departments. Jimbo is also actively involved with the Residential and Repair departments, working closely together with the Spann team to continually grow and better serve the needs of all of our customers.
