Spann Roofing was started in 1957 by S.R. Spann, Sr. and has continuously been in business since. Spann Roofing was previously located on Seaboard Street in Myrtle Beach and relocated to the Atlantic Center in 2002.
The new Spann Roofing facility is located off Highway 501 in the Atlantic Center behind Lowes in Conway, SC and has a state-of-the-art sheet metal fabrication facility.

Spann Roofing is an active member of the two prominent roofing associations: Carolina Roofing and Sheet Metal Association Contractors (CRSMA) and the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA). Spann Roofing is also a member of the Myrtle Beach Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau.
Spann Roofing assists the community by supporting the United Way and Habitat for Humanity. Spann Roofing regularly supports a variety of other charitable events including the Myrtle Beach Rotary Club.
Spann Roofing has a dedicated staff to ensure that each type of job is performed properly. Our working environment contributes to our low employee turnover. Spann Roofing employs experienced project managers to handle each roofing assignment. These project managers have been trained to install quality roofing systems.
Employees are trained on safety from the first moment they are employed. Weekly safety meetings, job safety inspections, and a safety council ensures that safety is our number one commitment.
General Liability and Workman's Compensation coverage limits generally exceed industry averages. In addition, we have built-in contractor wording that will meet the needs of General Contractors and Owners.

Spann Roofing is licensed in South Carolina and North Carolina. Our licenses are:
SC License G-10831 Unlimited
NC License 30906 Unlimited
Spann Roofing also has a SC specialty license, which is required for all SC low-slope roofs with a value of $5,000 or greater. In NC, a license is needed for projects costing more than $30,000.
We obtain all license and permits needed in the areas we serve. Permit fees are included in our roofing quotations.
